Ireland offers one of the highly competitive healthcare structures and systems for the citizens. One of the proficient indicators for the concept enshrine the determination of the taxation rates among the citizens. In a report, it is established that Ireland is ranked lowest among other European nations based on the reductions for an individual earning at least 18,000 (Deaton & Schreyer 2020). Despite the higher ratings in other group payments, the governance system calculates the social insurance as a percentage of the GDP. It is vital to understand the healthcare structure of the territory, aiming to enhance the comprehension of the interdependent relationship.

The Irish government focused on the development of effective policies to enhance the quality of healthcare. In this case, the authority enhanced optimal investment in the provision of facilities to elevate the diagnosis and medication process among the citizens. Although the country features a lesser percentage of the nationalities, it is the mandate of all personnel to ensure the provision of services to the entire community through taxation practices.

As a result, the sector faces the main challenge of congestion and higher patient-to-physician rationale with an elevated assurance rate on effective recovery (O’Toole 2020). The structure of the Irish healthcare system is a multifaceted phenomenon that encompasses an interplay of certain dynamic components. In this case, the key features of the operation enshrine the organization, care team, environment, and the individual patient. The primary objective of the sector engulfs optimizing and protecting a person’s life.

In my opinion, successive governments failed to enhance the effectiveness of healthcare operations due to the policies. On the one hand, the administration ensures the provision of the facilities. On the other hand, the authority fails to enhance civic education across the community. Promoting awareness regarding healthy living contributes to the phenomenal adoption of a proper lifestyle. In this case, there is a reduction in the number of patients in the hospitals while enhancing the integral quality of personal welfare.

Another factor highly affecting the healthcare sector in Irish is the integration of information systems during service delivery. Record keeping in healthcare is an important factor due to the monitoring of patient’s performance and improvement based on the treatments. On the one hand, the documentation empowers professionals in the medical field with data focused on the effect of certain therapeutical aspects. On the other hand, human evolution posed a solution to the management of the archives within the sector over the physical registers (Kombe, Dida & Sam 2018). Technology rendered an optimal impact to the sufficiency in the investigation of emergent matters such as the increasing rate of lifestyle diseases and the alternatives to the disparities in accessibility of the services.
